Dr. T Sakthi Nagaraj is an Assistant Professor at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Jammu (IIMJ) and the Project Director of an ICSSR project. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor at the Amrita School of Business, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. During his time there, he held the positions of Vice-Principal, PGP Chairperson, and Operations and Supply Chain Area Chairperson. Following his master’s, Dr. Sakthi served as an Industrial Engineer at Jay Jay Mills Lanka Pvt Ltd in Sri Lanka for two years.

With a distinguished educational background, Dr. Sakthi holds a Ph.D. and M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Department of Production Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, India, with the MHRD scholarship.

For the past ten years, Dr. Sakthi has been actively involved in teaching, conducting research, coaching, and consulting, showcasing expertise garnered from international industrial exposure. His contributions span a spectrum of domains, including Neurodiversity, Diversity, equity and Inclusions, Lean Six Sigma, Socio-technical Approaches, Design Thinking, Data Analytics, Total Quality Management, Innovative Problem-Solving Techniques, Human-Centered Design Approaches, and Ergonomic Interventions. He is a reviewer of reputed journals like Production Planning & Control, Rapid Prototyping Journal, International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics, Ergonomics.
