Dr. Sanjeev Pathak is a faculty in the area of Business Policy & Strategy at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu.

He holds an FPM (PhD) in Strategy from the Management Development Institute Gurgaon. 

He has 20+ years of Industry experience have worked at HP, LG and HCL Infosystems. Before joining IIM J, He was working with HP India as head of the Commercial PC category. During his tenure at HP India, the Commercial PC business has achieved an all-time high market share. In Industry, he is known for delivering business growth and scaling excellence.

A strong believer in the complementary coexistence of academic rigour and practice relevance, his research interests are in the area of sustainable business growth, delivering value beyond the obvious, business model innovation and corporate social responsibility implementation. He has received a patent and has published research papers in ABDC and Scopus peer-reviewed journals. He has also published a teaching case in Ivey/HBR.
